
Outbound Lead Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our global team and support clients across multiple regions. This role requires strong process discipline, excellent communication skills, and the ability to qualify and route leads effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and assess their fit for further engagement.
- Route leads to the appropriate sales channel or team in a timely manner.
- Follow defined cadences and structured processes to manage lead flow.
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
- Prior experience in lead qualification, sales development, or a similar function.
- Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Regions Covered: UK, Ireland, DACH, and APAC.
- Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9 AM - 5 PM UK Time.
