Institutional Relationship Developer

This role entails collaborating with senior management to strengthen relationships between our institution and training organizations, student affairs, and learning partners.

Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with training organizations, student affairs, and learning partners to foster institutional relationships.
- Contribute qualitative input to enhance relations with trainees and learning partners.
- Engage with students, identify capacity building areas, resolve issues, and maintain student engagement through departmental initiatives and events.
- Independently handle communication tasks, including reports, minutes, and other documentation.
- Masters degree in Business or Public Administration, or a Social Science discipline.
- Candidates with CA-Training experience from an approved organization and a B.Com. (Associate Degree) are also eligible.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of full-time work experience in an ICAP registered training organization or learning partner is required.
- Knowledge of the CA Training System and its learning partners is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- SAP ERP working knowledge is an added advantage.
