Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our performance marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end PPC campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance, and driving measurable ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Search, Google Shopping, and Bing Search & Shopping (preference).
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to continually optimize results.
  • Perform conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate regular, insightful performance reports and provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns, especially Google Ads.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results through paid search.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Excellent understanding of keyword strategies and bidding models.
  • Familiarity with Meta and Bing Ads is a plus.
