Sales Portfolio Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at ConnectX Services. This role will play a vital part in expanding our property portfolio by engaging with landlords, agents, and property owners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to build strong relationships quickly.
Key Responsibilities:- Outbound Communication: Conduct outbound calls to engage with landlords, agents, and property owners to introduce our company's services and build rapport.
- Needs Assessment: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements and challenges.
- Pitching Benefits: Present the benefits of our company let agreements and explain how they address the needs of landlords and property owners.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, landlords, and property owners to turn initial cold calls into long-term collaborations.
- Viewing Arrangements: Schedule and coordinate property viewings with agents, landlords, or owners.
- Agreement Drafting: Assist in preparing and reviewing tenancy agreements and other related documentation.
- Follow-up and CRM Management: Follow up on leads and maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Problem Solving: Handle objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a positive attitude to foster trust and collaboration.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, property market changes, and competitor activities to tailor strategies effectively.
- Performance Goals: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and conversion targets.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on property acquisitions, leads, and conversions to management.
- Proven experience in property acquisition, telemarketing, cold calling, or a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a natural ability to build relationships quickly and professionally.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales-related software.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and meet or exceed targets.
- Knowledge of property markets and company let agreements is highly desirable.
