Process Owner

Your Key ResponsibilitiesYou will directly own key programs to drive improved sales, more efficient processes and achieve long-term goals. These processes could include opportunity management, CPQ management and ordering/contracting, as examples.
- Identify, scope and lead critical projects and initiatives end-to-end by partnering with cross-functional teams across the organizations
- Provide project management leadership and drive process changes for large-scale initiatives
- Define and measure key metrics/KPls to evaluate process effectiveness and efficiency
- Develop and maintain process definition and work with enablement to drive adoption in the field
- Support development of communications, change management, and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure process adherence
A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred. 3+ years of experience, with a focus on tech enablement and process definition, are also preferred. Sales Operations, Business Operations, or top consulting firm experience is also beneficial.
One or more of the following certifications are preferred: Six Sigma / Lean / PROSCI change management. Additionally, you will need to possess strong problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, articulate, and have a strong storytelling skillset. Building strong working relationships and influencing internal and external stakeholders is essential.
