What You'll Do

  1. As a Global Process Owner, you will directly own key programs to drive improved sales, more efficient processes and achieve our company's long-term goals. These processes could include opportunity management, CPQ management and ordering/contracting, as examples.
  2. Identify, scope and lead critical projects and initiatives end-to-end by partnering with cross-functional teams across the organizations.
  3. Provide project management leadership and drive process changes for large-scale initiatives.
  4. Define and measure key metrics/KPls to evaluate process effectiveness and efficiency.
  5. Develop and maintain process definition and work with enablement to drive adoption in the field.
  6. Support development of communications, change management, and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure process adherence.

Who You'll Work With

The role reports to the VP - Global Sales Operations and must work cross-functionally to satisfy business requirements and meet the needs of several stakeholders across Field Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Product, Finance, and others.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  1. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  2. 3+ years of experience, with a focus on tech enablement and process definition preferred.
  3. Sales Operations, Business Operations, or top 5 consulting firm experience preferred.
  4. One or more of the following certifications preferred: Six Sigma / Lean / PROSCI change management.

  1. Strong problem-solving skillset with ability to communicate insights clearly.
  2. Detail oriented, articulate, and have strong story-telling skillset.
  3. Demonstrated skill at building strong working relationships and influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Previous Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
  5. Ability to work in multiple time zones to support global sales teams.
