Job Title: Territory Sales Representative
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves managing assigned territories, handling distributors, and achieving sales targets through effective sales strategies. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to our route-to-market strategy for target customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop targets for key accounts within allocated regions and regularly meet with customers to track, monitor, and report on performance against agreed targets.
- Work closely with customers to identify product-related or sales-related issues and provide feedback to relevant teams internally.
- Act as the first point of contact for key customers to assist in resolving issues and collecting payments, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Visit stores to check stock levels and product expiry dates, ensuring availability of quality products in the market.
- Pursue and build robust business relationships with key customers across allocated regions.
- Expand NFL's presence in underserved markets using market intelligence.
- Provide specific feedback to BDM, QIRD, and Marketing teams on performance of new and existing product categories or any product-related issues that may arise in the region.
- Track, monitor, and report on actual spend for allocated regions with details of any variances against regional budgets.
- Attend regular reviews with BDM to report actual sales vs allocated targets and highlight any issues hindering achievement of agreed targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor performance, and evolving consumer preferences.
- Prepare and submit regular management sales reports for allocated regions.
- Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures at all times.
