  • We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the implementation of quality improvement initiatives in healthcare settings.
  • This role involves assisting in conducting and coordinating registrations and accreditations, as well as preparing sites and training staff according to quality standards.

To be successful in this position, you will require at least two (2) years of experience in a healthcare institution or related field.

You should hold a Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare profession, such as nursing, pharmacy, or hospital administration, or an equivalent qualification.

">Duties and Responsibilities:">

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Supporting the Assistant Manager in implementing Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives.
  2. Conducting Patient Safety Walk rounds, analyzing clinical practices, processes, error reporting, and environmental factors related to patient safety.
  3. Reviewing Sentinel Events and conducting Root Cause analyses as per guidelines.
  4. Managing and addressing patient complaints and surveys across PCP sites.
  5. Performing retrospective or concurrent reviews based on quality indicators.
  6. Assisting in coordinating quality management activities with relevant departments.
  7. Preparing regular reports on the Quality Management Program and compliance.
