Job Title: Client Relationship Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore.

  • The Client Relationship Specialist will manage client accounts and develop strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include creating and managing account plans, preparing regular reports, resolving client issues, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Account Management: Manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
  2. Account Planning: Develop and implement account plans to drive growth and revenue.
  3. Reporting: Prepare regular reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Problem-Solving: Resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  5. Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities for growth and development within existing client relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with account planning and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
