Client Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Client Relationship Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating quality leads that result in sales.
To achieve this goal, you will need to engage in cold calling activities to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect for business opportunities.
You will work closely with our team to achieve sales performance targets and develop and maintain a strong client portfolio.
In addition to your existing knowledge, you will receive training in online commodity trading and conduct market research to stay updated on previous and present market trends.
Key Requirements- Basic knowledge of commodities is essential.
- Awareness of major consumers and research/regulated institutions in commodity trading is required.
- Understanding of the impact of international events on commodity prices is necessary.
- Exceptional communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Negotiation skill and convincing power are crucial for building strong relationships with clients.
- Team player with excellent stress management skills is preferred.
- Target-driven and focused on results is a must.
