Training Facilitator Role

We're seeking a skilled Training Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Development department, you will play a vital role in delivering impactful training experiences that empower associates worldwide.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating engaging live and virtual sessions, supporting ongoing learner development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive exceptional outcomes. Your expertise will enable learners to navigate complex systems, develop essential soft skills, and achieve professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct live virtual webinars and interactive training sessions on critical business processes and best practices.
  • Facilitate role-specific onboarding, orientation, and customer-specific training for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into our global workforce.
  • Lead live call-handling and patient interaction simulations, promoting effective communication and empathy.
  • Deliver high-quality learning aligned with adult learning principles, catering to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to track progress, offer personalized coaching, and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Respond promptly to learner and stakeholder queries, ensuring open and transparent communication.
  • Partner with Talent Success Managers and Customer Success Managers to resolve performance issues and risk cases, driving positive outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate training records, track performance, and analyze feedback to inform data-driven decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; 3-5+ years' experience in talent development, training delivery, facilitation, or related roles.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. healthcare workflows and compliance standards preferred.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills for both live and virtual settings.
  • High energy, extroverted presence, and ability to motivate learners in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and learning management systems.
  • Adaptable, organized, and quick to learn new processes and technologies.
