About the Role:

As an Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading your client portfolio – overseeing performance, managing deliverables, and aligning brand goals with platform opportunities. You will guide your clients through growth with clarity, accountability, and care.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon Seller Central accounts
  • Oversee ad budgets, keyword strategy, and campaign performance
  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with client goals
  • Coordinate tasks with internal teams
  • Lead client communication, reporting, and monthly strategy reviews
  • Monitor KPIs, flag issues early, and identify upsell opportunities
  • Ensure consistent execution and timely delivery across accounts
Requirements:
  • 2–3+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience (flat files, FBA, PPC, SEO)
  • Prior experience in client-facing or account management roles
  • Strong understanding of Amazon advertising and listing optimization
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Confidence using tools like Slack and Zoom
  • A proactive mindset and deep sense of ownership over outcomes
