Job Overview

The General Manager role is a senior leadership position that oversees the entire operation of the CPS Plant in Pakistan. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the plant's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of managers to achieve operational excellence, focusing on quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including operating units, local technical functions, and bottlers, to drive collaboration and coordination.
  • Represent the plant as part of the global General Manager community, ensuring alignment and standardization across sites on various strategic matters.
  • Maintain employee engagement and develop indirect reports through active performance management, coaching, and continuous feedback.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of manufacturing experience in high-volume, fast-moving consumer goods industries, preferably in Food/Beverage sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering business results, managing people, and driving change within a supply chain environment.
  • Strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • Prior international experience is desirable.
