We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated individual to lead our customer service team at Agile Connect Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating taxi dispatches, providing expert advice to customers, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
ResponsibilitiesThis role requires excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively train new staff on company procedures and policies.
- Coordinate with dispatch staff to ensure seamless taxi deployments.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Train new dispatchers on the company's procedures and policies.
- Provide expert advice to customers on routes, rates, and fares.
- Ensure that all drivers adhere to company guidelines and standards.
