Job Description

As a seasoned Database Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability and performance of database platforms in a large-scale environment. Your expertise in architecting, implementing, and providing post-implementation support for database platforms is crucial to our success.

Key responsibilities include ensuring on-time service delivery to internal and external customers, exposure and knowledge of large-scale production support, security implementation of products coming under the portfolio, problem, incident, escalation, and change management in line with ITIL process, adoption of new database technologies and open-source database support.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • MS SQL Database Platforms
  • SQL Always ON
  • Database Performance tuning
  • Disk management
  • Security implementation
  • MS SQL Backup and Restore methodologies
  • Database capacity management, purging, and other maintenance tasks
Technical Skills:
  • Good knowledge of SQL server Performance tuning
  • Good hands-on AZURE SQL services like MI Instance, Azure SQL
