Project Bidder Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven professional to join our team as a Project Bidder. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of acquiring software development projects from international platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant software and IT projects.
  • Develop proposals and pitch decks tailored to client requirements.
  • Communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and convert leads into successful deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project feasibility before bidding.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain client relationships for long-term business growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in project bidding or IT sales.
  • Strong understanding of software development services (web, mobile, cloud, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-driven.
