Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a detail-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to amplify our recruitment efforts and support strategic talent acquisition initiatives. This role will involve identifying, attracting, and engaging high-quality candidates across various functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical competencies and soft skills.
- Employ advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the logistics of the interview process and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.
- Nurture relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Contribute to efforts aimed at attracting a diverse candidate pool and promoting an inclusive hiring process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven experience in recruiting for a variety of roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
- Proficiency in English both written and oral.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
