Outbound Sales and Business Opportunities Developer

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a B2B Telesales Representative in our outbound call center. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth by reaching out to potential business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Making initial contact with potential business clients through cold calls, following up on leads, and leveraging existing databases.
- Sales Presentations: Delivering persuasive sales presentations over the phone, clearly explaining product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
- Client Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Lead Follow-Up: Consistently following up with leads and prospects to move them through the sales funnel and address any objections or concerns.
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in B2B telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in an outbound call center environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed records.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions.
