
Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to handle software and hardware issues for end-users.
- This role involves identifying, investigating and resolving users' problems with computer systems.
- You will deliver customer support through automated call distribution and email platforms, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- You will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
- You will follow standard processes and procedures, identify and troubleshoot issues per client specifications, and redirect problems to relevant resources.
- You will accurately process and record customer transactions using a computer and designated tracking software, and stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
Requirements:
- You should have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- You should be able to manage multiple inbound calls per shift and troubleshoot technical issues.
- You should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc), Adobe PDF and other basic business productivity software.
- You should have working knowledge of IT system fundamentals and system management tasks, as well as networking principles and operating systems.
- You should be able to clearly document and articulate technical issues in writing.
- You should be reliable, dependable, self-motivated and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
- You should be able to work collaboratively with peers and other teams.
