Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Assistant to provide administrative support to our Human Resources department. This role involves managing employee records, assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, and supporting employees with their queries and concerns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They should also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

About the Role
As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our HR department. This includes:
  • Managing employee records and maintaining accurate data.
  • Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.
  • Supporting employees with their queries and concerns, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
