Full TimeJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for the organization.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs for smooth integration into the company.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to promote morale and productivity.
- Address employee concerns and grievances professionally and maintain a positive work environment.
- Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industrial regulations.
- Support training and development initiatives to upskill employees and improve performance.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- 3 years of HR experience in the industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
- Proven track record of building a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
