We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our Human Resources team as an HR Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in various HR functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day HR activities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

The role spans across various HR activities, contributing to the overall success of our workforce management strategy. These responsibilities include:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to employee onboarding.
  2. Employee Relations: Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  3. Performance Management: Developing and implementing performance management systems.
  4. Training and Development: Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills.
  5. HR Policies and Compliance: Ensuring adherence to HR policies and compliance with employment laws.
  6. Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR data.
  7. Benefits Administration: Coordinating employee benefits and compensation packages.
  8. Exit Management: Handling employee exits and separations.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
