The Enterprise IT Support Professional role is responsible for providing remote technical support on enterprise-level server and storage equipment. The specialist will work closely with customers and internal teams to diagnose complex issues, create effective action plans, and ensure timely resolution of hardware issues.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Provide remote technical support to customers, including diagnosing issues and creating action plans.">
  • Work closely with field engineers to ensure successful resolution of hardware issues.">
  • Interface with operations and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.">
  • Collaborate with sales and customers to understand customer requirements and ensure they are within scope of services offered.">
  • Stay up-to-date on OEM guidance documents and industry trends.">
  • Escalate complex issues to management and work with a global team to resolve service delivery issues.
">

Requirements and Qualifications

">
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, CIS, MIS, electrical engineering, or a related field.">
  • Minimum 3 years of technical support experience in multivendor products such as servers, storage, and network equipment.">
  • Knowledge of system administration (UNIX, Linux, and/or Windows Servers) and networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS).">
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills.">
  • Fluent in English.
