Job Summary
As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding the client base for export freight forwarding / custom clearance services. This role involves identifying new business opportunities and creating strategic partnerships to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and expand the client base for export freight forwarding / custom clearance services
  • Identify new business opportunities and create strategic partnerships
  • Lead and manage sales team for high performance and target achievement
  • Build strong client relationships through solution-based selling
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Regularly report on sales pipeline, targets, and achievements

You must have a proven track record of bringing in active sales and existing business is highly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for this role. Additionally, you should have team management experience for manager-level roles.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development in export freight forwarding / custom clearance services
