At Sumato Solutions, we're seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Business Development Associate.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement with clients. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to collaborate on mutually beneficial business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients via email, calls, and LinkedIn outreach to build strong relationships and establish trust.
  • Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales and marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry shifts to identify new business opportunities.
  • Design and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and sales materials that meet client needs and expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (B2B or B2C).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain a professional tone.
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, with the ability to handle clients empathetically and professionally.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with sales pipelines, lead generation, and client acquisition processes.
