What You'll Be Doing

1 Lead and execute B2B sales strategies across international markets

2 Build strong relationships with clients in the UK, US, and Middle East

3 Identify and close new business opportunities across software domains (web, mobile, SaaS, automation)

4 Collaborate with the tech and strategy teams to shape proposals and project quotes

5 Represent Softon on Upwork, LinkedIn, and direct outreach channels

6 Mentor junior business developers and help scale the sales function

What We're Looking For


• Proven experience (5+ years) in software/IT services sales


• Excellent spoken and written English (Client-facing communication is a must)


• Experience with bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer) and LinkedIn sales


• Ability to understand technical solutions (no coding needed)


• Confident in presentations, Zoom calls, and proposal writing


• Strong network or lead generation experience is a plus
