Software Product Support Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Software Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and support of software products. This involves troubleshooting on-site as well as managing online support to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Installation and Configuration: Ensure that software products are properly installed and configured to meet customer needs.
  2. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues with software products to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  3. Support Management: Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  4. Testing and Deployment: Conduct thorough testing and deployment of applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
  5. Data Management: Deploy databases, manage backups, restores, and data migrations to maintain data integrity.
  6. Presentation and Communication: Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualifications with good problem-solving skills.
  • Fresh graduates with experience an advantage.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Travel Requirements

This role may require visits to client premises within the assigned territory.
