Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for warmly welcoming patients and visitors, handling phone calls and inquiries, and scheduling appointments efficiently.
In addition to these duties, the receptionist will assist patients in completing necessary forms and documentation, maintain a tidy workspace, and provide clear and courteous communication to patients.
The role also involves managing records, performing daily cash deposits, and ensuring accurate and timely collection of payments through various methods.
Furthermore, the receptionist will conduct follow-up calls with current and past patients, collaborate with medical staff to optimize clinic operations, and adhere to patient flow policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will require previous experience as a Receptionist in a wellness clinic or similar environment, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
