We seek highly skilled and experienced administrative support professionals to fill two positions at our Lahore Regional Office. The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience as an Admin Assistant/Officer and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Manage assets efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing waste.
- Source and procure necessary goods and services, adhering to established purchasing protocols.
- Conduct regular branch visits to resolve administrative queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain accurate MIS reports, providing insights for informed decision-making.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach.
- The successful candidate must reside in Lahore.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel is essential, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and visualization.
- Ambitious individuals with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are highly preferred.
- Punctuality and a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities are critical attributes for this role.
