Maintenance Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned maintenance professional to spearhead our facility's maintenance operations. The successful candidate will oversee daily activities, ensure optimal equipment performance, and drive process improvements.

  1. Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies that balance cost with service quality.
  2. Promote the use of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
  3. Build and motivate a high-performing team, fostering collaboration between departments and driving results-oriented work practices.
  4. Establish industry best practices, ensuring they are adopted and maintained within the organization.
  5. Craft and execute comprehensive maintenance plans in alignment with operational needs, optimizing resource utilization and costs.
  6. Leverage CMMS software to maximize efficiency and accuracy in maintenance management.
  7. Set targets for engineers, establish performance monitoring systems, and engage in regular staff feedback sessions.
  8. Address all technical matters related to facility equipment, ensuring seamless operation.
  9. Implement health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) policies, maintaining a safe working environment throughout offices and sites.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; minimum 10 years of experience; competitive salary and benefits package.
