Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing all accounting and tax-related activities, including group reporting, statutory filings, and ensuring accurate books and records in collaboration with the Global Business Services team.
  • Leads complex projects under the Centre of Excellence, focusing on process standardization, control optimization, and sharing of best practices across business areas.
  • Delivers structured onboarding and ongoing training for employees on finance and accounting processes, ensuring consistent understanding and compliance across the organization.
  • Manages a high-performing team by providing coaching, supporting individual development plans, and promoting a culture of accountability and growth.

Requirements:

">
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting, tax, audits, internal controls, and process improvement within a corporate or multinational environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in people management, with a track record of coaching, talent development, and fostering team engagement and performance.
