Junior Finance Professional

We are seeking a talented Junior Finance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various finance-related tasks, including attendance verification and correction, digital banking disbursement, basic banking transaction audit, cost analysis and tender pricing, management information report preparation, expense reporting, financial analysis support, and training and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform Attendance Verifications: Verify employee attendance and make necessary corrections for payroll processing.
  2. Process Salary Disbursements: Disburse salaries through digital banking platforms as an initiator/maker.
  3. Conduct Basic Banking Transaction Audits: Perform audits of basic banking transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  4. Prepare Cost Analysis Reports: Analyze and prepare cost analysis reports to support tender pricing.
  5. Develop Management Information Reports: Create and update monthly management information reports to inform business decisions.
  6. Submit Expense Reports: Prepare and submit monthly expense reports to the UK office.
  7. Assist in Financial Analysis: Support senior analysts in performing financial analysis and developing recommendations.
  8. Receive Training and Development: Participate in training programs to develop expertise in payroll processing and other finance-related areas.
