Senior Engineering Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Professional to lead the development of cutting-edge software solutions. In this key role, you will be responsible for architecting and overseeing the implementation of complex systems while mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and implement robust software applications and systems.
  2. Architect high-quality, secure, maintainable, and scalable solutions that meet business needs.
  3. Mentor and guide junior engineers, facilitating knowledge sharing and skill development.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
  5. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to industry best practices and coding standards.
  6. Research and stay updated on emerging technologies, proposing new tools and practices to improve the development process.
  7. Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of software development experience with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Expertise in at least one backend language (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
  • Strong experience in software architecture, design patterns, and microservices-based development.
  • Proficiency in database design and optimization, including both SQL and NoSQL solutions.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
