Business Development Director Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our efforts in expanding existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster relationships with prospective clients, introducing them to our offerings and enhancing existing connections.
  • Coordinate meetings between client decision-makers and our practice leaders/principals, presenting tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work with internal teams to craft proposals that address clients' concerns and objectives, creating mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a presentable personality and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years in business development, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
