Business Growth Manager

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in local and international markets. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads through various digital platforms and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
You will work closely with technical teams to align client requirements with software solutions and assist senior management in negotiations, deal closures, and contract finalization.
In addition, you will maintain CRM records of client interactions, leads, and follow-up, ensuring that our sales efforts are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Basic understanding of software development services, IT products, and the project life cycle
- Ability to research international markets and identify potential clients
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms and CRM tools is a plus
