About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Manager - Operations to join our team at Innovative Investment Bank. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to lead a team of customer support representatives and ensure that our clients receive exceptional service.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and coordinate activities of customer support representatives, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and training to provide excellent service.
  2. Make adjustments to staffing levels based on anticipated events and sales promotions to ensure that we meet our revenue goals.
  3. Monitor productivity and generate reports to identify areas where we can improve our performance.
  4. Analyze individual, team, and call center results to identify trends and implement strategies to address any issues.
  5. Provide feedback and coaching to customer support representatives to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
  6. Maintain harmony among workers and resolve any grievances in a fair and timely manner.
