Job Description: Call Center Manager - Operations
About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Manager - Operations to join our team at Innovative Investment Bank. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to lead a team of customer support representatives and ensure that our clients receive exceptional service.
Main Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate activities of customer support representatives, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and training to provide excellent service.
- Make adjustments to staffing levels based on anticipated events and sales promotions to ensure that we meet our revenue goals.
- Monitor productivity and generate reports to identify areas where we can improve our performance.
- Analyze individual, team, and call center results to identify trends and implement strategies to address any issues.
- Provide feedback and coaching to customer support representatives to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain harmony among workers and resolve any grievances in a fair and timely manner.
