Customer Support Team Lead

The Customer Support Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the customer support team and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
This includes managing workflow, distributing work evenly among team members, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and typing skills, as well as strong judgment abilities. They will also be able to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
The following list includes some of the key responsibilities of this role:
- Monitor chat rooms and provide support/service onsite.
- Ensure quick response in chats and keep onsite updated with the process.
- Manage workflow and distribute work evenly.
- Compile call logs, update plan info, PBM info & performance reports.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the Customer Support Team Lead will also be responsible for:
- Maintaining discipline and professionalism at all times within the team.
- Demonstrating initiative and striving to continually improve processes and relationships.
- Performing duties assigned by onsite supervisor/manager.
