Business Operations Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Support Sales and Accounting Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and accounting departments by performing various administrative tasks, such as reconciling invoices, creating expense reports, processing reimbursement forms, and maintaining digital and physical financial records.

Responsibilities:
  1. Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies
  2. Creating and updating expense reports
  3. Processing reimbursement forms and preparing bank deposits
  4. Maintaining digital and physical financial records, issuing invoices to customers and external partners, and reviewing and filing payroll documents

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, proficient skills in computer software such as MS Excel, and a strong understanding of accounting principles. A bachelor's or master's degree in a related profession and at least 2-3 years of work experience are required.
