Job Summary
A Business Support Sales and Accounting Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to both the sales and accounting departments within an organization. This role involves developing sales databases, scheduling and organizing sales meetings, and assisting in performing administrative tasks related to client relationships and identification of service and sales needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Sales Support: Developing sales databases, responding to customer inquiries on products and services, scheduling and organizing sales meetings, and providing sales support to financial representatives by contacting and scheduling appointments with existing clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assisting in performing administrative tasks related to client relationships and identification of service and sales needs, generating sales leads, keeping records of sales information, and collecting customer feedback.

This position requires strong proficiency in operating accounting software, excellent command of MS Excel, and good theoretical knowledge of accounting terms. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in a related profession and at least 2-3 years of work experience.
