Job Title:

Business Development Consultant

The Business Development Consultant plays a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating business opportunities. They are responsible for establishing rapport with potential clients, arranging meetings to discuss our services, and serving as the primary point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect Generation: The consultant will identify and target potential clients using their knowledge of digital marketing trends and sales skills.
  2. Candidate Management: Maintain client databases and report project updates regularly in the CRM platform.
  3. Sales Presentation: Present Frillsoft's range of services tailored to prospective clients.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities to provide innovative solutions.
  5. Reporting and Documentation: Document sales activities and provide regular sales reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, BBA, or related field.
  • Experience: Experience with managing or selling professional services and subject matter expertise is preferred. Previous experience with a CRM (Salesforce) is also beneficial.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential. A self-motivated attitude, ability to work independently, and strong professional network are also required.
