Job Title:

Portfolio Property Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to manage our portfolio of short-term-rental properties.

  • Manage all booking inquiries and respond to guest messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with guests to confirm bookings, provide check-in instructions, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Coordinate with owners, cleaners, and maintenance personnel to ensure seamless operations.
  • Optimize property listings on various platforms to ensure maximum visibility and bookings.
  • Coordinate the check-in and check-out processes to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for guests.
  • Respond to guest reviews and feedback.
  • Establish long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Booking Management: Manage all booking inquiries and respond to guest messages in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Guest Coordination: Coordinate with guests to confirm bookings, provide check-in instructions, and address any questions or concerns.
  3. Operations Coordination: Coordinate with owners, cleaners, and maintenance personnel to ensure seamless operations.
  4. Marketing Optimization: Optimize property listings on various platforms to ensure maximum visibility and bookings.
  5. Guest Experience: Coordinate the check-in and check-out processes to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for guests.
  6. Feedback Management: Respond to guest reviews and feedback.
  7. Client Relations: Establish long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year working experience in short-term rental management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Experience with STR platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO) is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance coordination.
  • Attention to detail and customer service focus.
  • Only residents of Lahore will be preferred.
