Job Title: Digital Marketing Call Center Representative

Job Overview

We are seeking a customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Call Center Representative. The ideal candidate will handle customer calls, provide information about digital marketing services, resolve inquiries, and actively promote sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to digital marketing products and services.
  • Provide detailed information about digital marketing offerings.
  • Follow communication scripts while adapting to customer needs to resolve queries and objections effectively.
  • Identify sales opportunities during calls and close sales to meet targets, earning a competitive commission per sale.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to stay updated on product knowledge and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude to build strong customer relationships.

Requirements
