Outbound Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Outbound Outreach Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through various channels, identifying decision-makers, and introducing our services in a clear and engaging manner.

As an Outbound Outreach Specialist, your primary goal will be to qualify prospects based on their needs and readiness to engage. You will work closely with our sales team to book appointments and ensure a smooth handoff. Additionally, you will maintain accurate activity records in our CRM system and stay informed about industry trends and client pain points.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. You should also be confident and professional on calls, with a consultative tone. Familiarity with CRM tools and strong organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage your own pipeline and work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Identify decision-makers and introduce our services in a clear and engaging way
  • Qualify prospects based on their needs and readiness to engage
  • Book appointments for our sales team and ensure smooth handoff
  • Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM
  • Stay informed about industry trends and client pain points

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident and professional on calls with a consultative tone
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own pipeline
  • Proactive, goal-driven mindset and ability to work independently
