">Healthcare Connection Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Healthcare Connection Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to citizens across the United States to assess their healthcare needs and connect them with suitable healthcare providers within our network.

This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to navigate our database efficiently, and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to citizens across the United States to assess their healthcare needs
  • Provide information about various healthcare providers and services within our network
  • Assist individuals in understanding their options and guide them in choosing the most suitable healthcare providers
  • Schedule appointments and follow up as necessary to ensure successful connections
  • Update customer information and call details in the database accurately
  • Meet and strive to exceed the team's weekly and monthly targets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or telemarketing role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA
