Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Lead Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a Business Lead Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities by researching and qualifying high-quality leads within targeted industries.

About the Role:
This is a remote freelance role with clear performance targets and the opportunity to grow within the company. Your primary responsibility will be to research and identify businesses worldwide that ship to or from Saudi Arabia, focusing on Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential clients across various industries, including import/export, manufacturing, wholesale, and e-commerce.
• Generate high-quality verified leads, including company information and contact details.
• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, trade directories, Alibaba, Google, and other online tools for lead sourcing.
• Create and maintain a weekly lead report using CRM tools or similar software.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth client hand-off.
• Meet weekly lead generation targets (minimum 70–100 leads/week).
• Maintain lead accuracy, avoid duplicates, and ensure full contact details are valid.

Requirements:
• Experience working with a freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain company is an asset.
• Familiarity with international trade directories and platforms like Alibaba, Tradekey, and ImportGenius is required.
• Prior experience generating leads in the logistics, shipping, or export/import sector is essential.
• Ability to identify decision-makers within target companies and build relationships with them.
• Skilled in using platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and B2B databases for prospecting.
• Proficient in maintaining clean and organized lead sheets in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong written communication and research skills are necessary for success in this role.
• Understanding of sales pipelines or lead funnels is a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting weekly lead targets.
