Job Title: Digital Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This role will involve driving business growth through strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
    • Develop and execute strategies to improve profile ratings and feedback.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize business development efforts.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic Upwork engagements.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas within Upwork.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of all business development activities and client interactions.
    • Prepare regular reports on business development progress, successes, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Upwork, B2B sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn's platform, Upwork features, and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in crafting personalized, persuasive messages.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is an asset.
  • Strong networking skills and genuine passion for building relationships.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with potential clients.
  • Ability to research potential clients and new markets for the company.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
