">The role of Manager Sales Enablement involves driving the development and delivery of comprehensive onboarding and continuous education training plans for new sales hires. Ensuring that new Account Executives understand and effectively use digital tools such as ZonesConnect and adopt sales methodologies like QBS and PAS.
">To excel in this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing performance management systems to monitor AE progress through KPIs including client adoption rates, margin ramp goals, client acquisition, and AE assessment scores.
">Analyze training effectiveness using sales analytics and reporting dashboards like PowerBI, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions promptly.
">Maintain ongoing collaboration with sales leadership, recruiting, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with strategic goals.
">Facilitate daily team huddles, feedback sessions, and regular training up-level meetings to promote continuous improvement and engagement.
">Foster strong working relationships across teams and leadership to enable cross-functional collaboration and support.
">Promote a positive, proactive, and accountable team culture adhering to 5P Execution philosophy and Five-Star Service standards.
">You will bring a proven experience in sales training, enablement, or related roles, ideally within IT or technology sales environments.
">Strong knowledge of sales enablement methodologies, excellent coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
">Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess training impact and improve outcomes.
">Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
">Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
">Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and digital sales platforms is preferred.
">Experience in developing and delivering remote or virtual training sessions is also an asset.
