  • About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our organization and drive project success.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor Agile teams in Scrum and Kanban methodologies to foster self-organization and accountability.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement by implementing end-to-end execution using Agile frameworks and training team members on best practices.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Ensure sprint goals are well-defined, achievable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization to optimize resource allocation.
  • Identify and remove obstacles hindering team productivity and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
  • Manage product releases after consultation with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between teams, Product Owners, and external stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and collaboration.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders effectively.
  • Track sprint progress using Agile tools and generate burndown charts and velocity reports for visibility.
  • Align team commitments and deliverables with business goals and promote Agile best practices, innovation, and feedback culture.
  • Drive the adoption of Agile metrics to enhance team efficiency and continuously improve processes.
