Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Agile Coach to lead teams in delivering high-quality products efficiently. The Agile Coach will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, foster collaboration, and ensure adherence to Agile principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and coach Agile teams on Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
  • Foster a culture of self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement, promoting innovation and feedback.
  • Lead end-to-end execution using Agile frameworks, training team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective team communication and progress tracking.
  • Ensure sprint goals are well-defined and achievable, aligning with business objectives.
  • Assist the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization, identifying and removing obstacles that hinder team productivity.
  • Manage product releases after consultation with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Act as a bridge between teams, Product Owners, and external stakeholders, promoting collaborative relationships.
  • Track sprint progress using Agile tools, generating burndown charts and velocity reports for visibility and optimization.
  • Ensure team commitments and deliverables align with business goals, driving the adoption of Agile metrics to optimize team efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Agile environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering Agile projects, with expertise in planning and managing releases.
  • Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills, with proficiency in Agile tools and practices like Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, Configuration Management, and Version Control systems, such as Git.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Preferred experience in scaling Agile frameworks, such as SAFe.
