Operations Planning Leader

Mous is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Operations Planning Leader to spearhead our planning efforts. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with Finance and Logistics teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement scalable S&OP processes that align commercial, operations, and supply chain functions.
  • Establish and monitor departmental KPIs, providing regular reports to key stakeholders.
  • Own S&OP NPD milestones, ensuring timely delivery of commercially sound, accurate results.
  • Oversee the monthly S&OP forecast cycle, involving key stakeholders and taking necessary actions.
  • Manage quarterly logistics forecasts for all categories, ensuring optimal inventory levels through demand planning and collaboration with commercial and marketplace teams.
  • Lead the S&OP section of the Monthly Operations meeting, facilitating open communication among teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading S&OP or demand planning functions with 3-5 years in relevant roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical background.
  • Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally, including proficiency in forecasting, KPI reporting, and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with ERP and data visualization tools.
